New Physician Cares for Patients in Vallejo

Family medicine physician Caroline Schreiber, M.D., has joined the staff at Sutter Solano Medical Center. She is now seeing patients through Associated Family Physicians of Vallejo/Benicia Inc. at 100 Hospital Drive, Suite 304, in Vallejo.

Physician Background
A third generation physician, Dr. Schreiber earned her undergraduate degree at Harvard where she received an AB cum laude in anthropology. She received her medical degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She completed her Family Medicine training at Sutter Family Medicine Residency in Sacramento, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year and went on the join the faculty, continuing to teach residents. Dr. Schreiber worked in Sutter’s comprehensive family medicine practice in Sacramento for two years before returning home to the Bay Area.

She enjoys the full variety of patients, illnesses and procedures that family medicine offers, particularly pediatrics, adolescent medicine, women’s health and sports medicine.

Dr. Schreiber is proud to serve patients in the Vallejo and greater Solano County and looks forward to forging relationships with new patients. “I chose family medicine because I love the variety and personal connections that come with treating the whole family.”

She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two young boys. She’s played soccer throughout her life, including Division I collegiate, and continues to do so. A Bay Area native, she is happy to be close to her extended family. She is a fan of the A’s, Cal and Michigan football, the Raiders, the Warriors and the Redwings.
